Sauvignon Blanc

Many classic Awatere white wine attributes with a savoury straw and citrus bouquet, flavours of grapefruit and sour gooseberry, apple and white nectarine, fresh green herbs and white spice, there’s a fine lees quality and vibrant energetic quality. Dry with highish acidity, citrus and apple fruit flavours with a whisper of tropical, moderate length and finish. A well made wine that should be ready from late 2023 through 2026.
